Sleep Philosophy

Parenting is a marathon, not a sprint.
In this marathon, sleep is your essential pit stop.

Adequate sleep is a gift you give not only to yourself, but also to your children. A well-rested parent is a more patient and loving one. I am here for you in a judgement free zone, without shame or guilt and offering you full support in our journey that we will embark on together.

My Sleep Philosophy is simple: I believe that each family and child I work with is unique. I know that there is no one-size fits all approach to sleep training, especially when it comes to children. I understand the importance of flexibility, individualization, and a gentle approach to help parents and children achieve better sleep and overall family well-being. I aim to provide a positive and supportive experience for parents while fostering healthy sleep habits for their children. I believe that a well-rested child is a happy child, and I want to empower parents with tools and knowledge they need to achieve this harmony.

I do not have a magic wand for toddler sleep, but I do have some great advice and a few silly jokes to keep you smiling through our time together.

Parents need three things for toddler sleep success: patience, patience, and did I mention patience?

Trying to get a toddler to sleep is a bit like playing chess – you need to plan several moves ahead and be prepared for unexpected twists.
